The project

The house incorporates energy-efficient technologies, using biodegradable materials and a thermal envelope that optimizes heat distribution. Solar blinds provide privacy while the fully solar-paneled roof ensures the kitchen and entire home operate with minimal environmental impact. This self- sufficient design extends its energy management to heating the adjacent pool, demonstrating a holistic approach to sustainable living and cutting-edge kitchen design.

Kitchen

At the heart of the design is a centralized infrastructure that strategically houses Kassia kitchen, winner of the Good Design Award Prize, transforming it into the home's core functional element. The kitchen, meticulously planned by Rastelli Design, serves as a pivotal space that seamlessly connects various living areas. Integrated with closets, bathroom, and workspace, the kitchen is crowned by a mezzanine bedroom, creating a fluid and dynamic living environment. The culinary zone is not just a cooking space but a sustainable design statement
