Designed by the celebrated firm INC Architecture & Design every residence interior captures a sense of richness and harmony. A keen eye for details and a sense of artful luxury are all on display.

Situated at one of Manhattan’s geographic high points, Vandewater’s residences take an unapologetic stance on the delights of comfort, delivering exceptional residences nestled within a charming section of Morningside Heights. Throughout the design and construction process, Vandewater established base building sustainability targets for site, energy, water, waste, indoor air quality, and tenant satisfaction. Early in the design process sustainability strategies were incorporated into the building’s design with these goals in mind.

For this project we craft each space with extraordinary precision, blending breathtaking aesthetics with unparalleled functionality. Our carefully constructed cabinetry presents two distinctive color palettes, reflecting our unwavering dedication to premium craftsmanship and design flexibility.

Our Dark oak palette conveys a sense of depth and sophistication, providing a bold counterpoint to the clean, minimalist lines. This design strikes a harmonious balance, blending modern elegance with the inherent beauty of natural materials.

Kitchen

Our contemporary design prioritizes functionality and aesthetic appeal, with the light oak cabinetry serving as a strong focal point that sets the tone for the entire space.

In our White oak palette, the cabinet doors are simple and streamlined, allowing the wood grain to take center stage and contribute to the overall sense of refined sophistication. This design embodies embodies a timeless elegance, bringing warmth and natural luminosity to interior spaces with its soft, understated grain and versatile neutral tones.

Crafted to create calm and relaxation, Primary Bathrooms feature honed Windsor Cream marble walls and floors, while the centerpiece of secondary bathrooms is the custom stained white oak vanity with honed Statuary Fredo marble countertop and undermount porcelain sink.
